Composed AI provides software for signal extraction, source-backed AI answers, analytics signals, and human review workflows. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use the service.
Information We Collect
- Account details such as name, email address, company, and authentication identifiers.
- Product usage data such as workspace settings, source metadata, signal review history, chat logs, and evaluation results.
- Customer content such as uploaded files, connected source metadata, analytics rows, database records, conversation logs, and documents that you choose to process through the service.
- Operational data such as device, browser, IP address, error logs, security events, and anonymous usage analytics.
- Billing or plan information when a paid plan is enabled.
How We Use Information
We use information to provide the service, secure accounts, support customers, enforce usage limits, monitor service health, improve product quality, and meet legal obligations.
Customer Content
Customer content remains yours. Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the right to upload, connect, process, and review the content they send to Composed AI.
We use customer content only as needed to host, retrieve, process, evaluate, and display it in support of the service, including signal extraction, source-backed recommendations, analytics monitoring, and answer quality checks.
Model Providers and Training
Composed AI may send relevant portions of customer content to model or infrastructure providers when needed to deliver the requested service. We do not use customer content to train Composed AI foundation models.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us operate the platform, comply with law, prevent abuse, or complete a business transaction.
Retention and Deletion
We retain data for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain security and billing records, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations. Customers may request deletion of their workspace data, subject to required legal and operational retention periods.
Analytics and Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies to understand website traffic and product usage patterns. Website analytics are separate from customer content analytics and are used to measure page visits, navigation flows, and product interactions.
